Moving from someone being interested in SEO as an interest to a fully-fledged SEO in a busy Oxfordshire based web solutions company has been a great experience so far. Mostly due to the relationships I have made with collegues (everyone here is young(ish) and that makes for a pretty relaxed workplace). The other bonus is the responsibility and close relationship I have with my SEO clients to help their businesses grow online. With such a vast portfolio of industries and companies, the information I can analyse, testing I can carry out and rewards that both myself and my clients can measure makes for fun and challenging work. I can apply all my skills in a commercial environment and learn new stuff of course, so really my SEO “career” starts here.
This blog is basically an on-going portfolio of my SEO career, started because nowdays a C.V. just isn’t interesting enough for me!
